A. Shipping Timeframe
Bruce asks that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be changed once submitted.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from date of purchase. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, as well as a tracking number.
All sales are final -no returns or refunds. To check the status of your order email Bruce at brucejoeaz@gmail.com or use the Contact Me feature.
B. Payments
Accepted methods of payment are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards through Square Inc. To inquire about how your payment information is used, please visit: Square profile - Privacy Notice for Buyer Features and Square Pay (squareup.com)
Jewelry items are charged to your credit/debit card when your order is finalized for shipping.*
*If you ordered a special/custom piece, your credit/debit card will be charged 50% of the final cost during Step 3 -Finalization of Custom/Special Piece. Bruce will communicate the cost during the process of ordering a special/custom piece.
C. Sales Tax
Bruce ships jewelry pieces in the United States, no overseas.
Applicable sales tax will be applied to all jewelry orders.
D. Shipping and Handling
A flat rate of $10.00 USD will be applied to ALL jewelry pieces for shipping and handling fee.
Bruce uses United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail. All packages are insured through priority mail.
